Internal walls with quality Putty finish and with emulsion painting; Exterior walls with emulsion; fabrication work, grills, doors and windows with enamel paint.

ELECTRICAL

:

Concealed wiring with PVC insulated copper wires, white switches Modular type. Provision for single-phase connection with MCB DB, independent energy meter.

KITCHEN

:

Granite Platform with 40 cm glazed dados, stainless sink, provision for Exhaust.

TOILETS

:

Flooring with ceramic anti skid tiles and 6 feet high dado with ceramic glazed tiles, EWC with PVC flush tank & wash basin in attached toilets.
